Lily Grozdanova is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education and technical support roles. Currently serving as Head Assistant Professor at Sofia University since December 2015, Lily has a strong background in classical and ancient studies, demonstrated through a PostDoc at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this academic appointment, Lily worked as a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst for Adecco Bulgaria Ltd. at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as a Customer Support Representative for IBM Bulgaria EOOD, both in 2015. Lily's career began with a role as a Data Processing Agent at DATACAIR BUSINESS SUPPORT LTD. from 2011 to 2013. Lily holds a PhD in History from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, earned in 2011.
