Thomas Sandoval has over a decade of experience in recovery operations and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Recovery Operations at SoFi since June 2015. Their career at SoFi includes progressive roles, such as Senior Manager of Recoveries, Relationship Manager for 3rd Party Oversight in Recoveries, Associate Manager for 3rd Party Oversight at SoFi Lending Corp, and Associate Manager of Servicing & Collections. Prior to joining SoFi, Thomas Sandoval worked at Horizon Air from April 2012 to April 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. Thomas Sandoval holds a degree from Southern Oregon University.
