Jon Harold is an accomplished professional with a strong background in sales and partnerships within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Partnerships at SoFi since August 2018, Jon leads new business initiatives and sales operations for SoFi at Work, helping over 1,100 organizations enhance their employees' financial well-being. Prior experience includes roles at Protiviti, where Jon advanced through several positions to become a Senior Consultant focused on process improvement for banks and fintech companies. Jon also gained valuable experience during an internship at Cisco, where responsibilities included P&L management and forecasting. Jon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
