Bruce Fuller has over 30 years of work experience in finance and banking. Bruce currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Finance at SoFi, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to joining SoFi, Bruce worked at Union Bank as the Managing Director of Home Loans Capital Markets from April 2020 to April 2023. Before that, they worked at Bank of the West for over 11 years as the CFO of the Consumer Lending Division. During their time at Bank of the West, Bruce led the financial planning function for the Consumer Lending Groups and achieved significant growth in annual net income and profitability. Bruce also managed a $40 million growth initiative and implemented effective analytics and performance reporting. Bruce's extensive experience in finance also includes a role as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at World Savings from October 1989 to December 2007.

Bruce Fuller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Math from Occidental College. The specific start and end years of their education at Occidental College are unknown.
