Bavitha Vinod is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at SoFi since July 2022, Bavitha previously held a similar position at Stash from October 2017 to July 2022, where successful initiatives included scaling a team of 8 and launching a product-engineering mentorship program. Prior to Stash, Bavitha worked at innRoad, Cablevision, Nexteppe, Fastrack Healthcare Systems, NRCCUA, and Nicholson Kovac, progressing through roles from Software Engineer Intern to Software Engineer, and eventually to Engineering Manager/Staff Backend Engineer. With a Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Park University, Bavitha possesses a comprehensive understanding of software systems and leadership in technology.
