Ryan Pratt is the current advisor at Soelect. Ryan has also been the founder and CEO of Guerrilla RF for the past 9 years and 3 months. Guerrilla RF offers high performance MMIC's for high speed wireless data networks. Prior to that, Ryan was the design center director at Skyworks for 4 years and 9 months. Ryan was responsible for building up the Skyworks Greensboro, NC design center from himself to over 50 people. Projects at Skyworks entail designing various RFIC blocks for wireless communications products, mostly for mobile cellular applications. Before Skyworks, Ryan worked at RFMD for 8 years and 1 month where they were a design engineering manager, senior design engineer, and RFIC design engineer. As design engineering manager, they worked mostly on WLAN FEM's and their various blocks. As a senior IC design engineer, they worked mostly on GaAs MMIC's with some SiGe IC design work as well. As an RFIC design engineer, they set up small signal loadpull, designed two LNA MMIC's, designed 3 mixer/downconverter products, and designed several Darlington gain blocks.

Ryan Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they completed in 2000.
