Teri Podsiadlik possesses extensive experience in compensation management, having held senior positions at prominent companies such as Sodexo, Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc., and Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., where Teri served as Sr. Director and Director of Compensation, respectively. Teri's career also includes a role as Compensation Manager at Everbank Financial Corporation and a position as Community Educator from 2004 to 2005. Educationally, Teri holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Nonprofit and Association Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Towson State University.
