Steve Hawkins is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the facilities management and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sodexo since January 2013, Hawkins is responsible for the European Student Living Strategy, focusing on innovative technology and digital platforms to enhance the Student Living Proposition, as well as driving business growth and cultural development. Prior roles include Operations Director for Universities UK & I, where responsibilities included managing a significant university accommodation portfolio, and Regional Director of Operations at Resource Services Groupâ„¢. Hawkins has also held various leadership positions at Signature Senior Lifestyle, Travelodge Hotels Limited, REDEFINE BDL HOTELS UK LIMITED, and Premier Inn. Hawkins holds a BA Hons in Hotel Business Management from De Montfort University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Great Barr School.
