Saikat Saha has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Site HR at Sodexo since September 2024. Prior roles include Human Resources Operations Executive at Ubique Systems, Human Resources Generalist at Purbasha Group, and positions at Genius Consultants Limited as Executive Assistant and Management Trainee. Saikat’s expertise includes handling processes such as UAN generation and Aadhaar seeding in the EPFO portal, with a strong focus on analyzing and processing death claims for pension and EDLI scheme benefits. Saikat holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Honours) in Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University, completed in 2020, and received higher secondary education in commerce from National Model High School.
