Anna-Lena Tegebro is an experienced professional in the fields of coaching and organizational consulting, currently serving as a YAM Trainer for the Mental Health in Mind - The YAM program since December 2023. With a background as an Organisationskonsult and Professionell Coach at Coachkonsulten Stockholm since August 2007, Anna-Lena focuses on creating success and profitability through group development. In addition, Anna-Lena works as a Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM) instructor for Region Stockholm, facilitating a program aimed at promoting mental health among youth. As a co-owner of Tonårscoaching Sverige AB since May 2016, Anna-Lena coaches teenagers to enhance their self-esteem and leads an anti-bullying initiative in collaboration with various coaches. Additional experience includes consulting for Demokratikonsult Sverige AB since April 2022 and owning Din tonåring, providing coaching for teenagers and families since February 2012. Prior roles also include positions at ZonderaCom AB as an Organisationskonsult/delägare and at Sun Microsystems AB in sales from 1990 to 2002.
