Meirav Schayewitz is an experienced organizational development and learning professional with a substantial background in training management across various industries. Currently serving as the OD & Learning Manager at SodaStream International, Ltd. since February 2024, Meirav previously held the role of OD & Training Manager at FIBI from December 2019 to December 2023. Additionally, Meirav worked at Strauss Group Inc. for over a decade, transitioning from Training Manager to Learning BP Manager, where responsibilities included designing and executing training programs aligned with business goals and establishing learning infrastructures for onboarding and compliance processes. Earlier career positions include Training Manager roles at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD and Bezeq International. Meirav holds a Master's degree in organizational consulting and development from The College of Management Academic Studies.
