Maede Maftouni, PhD, is a data scientist currently employed at Socure since October 2024. Prior to this role, Maftouni served as a Senior Data Scientist at Quantum-Si from May 2022 to October 2024 and held various positions as a Data Scientist. Maftouni also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech from August 2017 to May 2023. The academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech, as well as a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
