María Florencia Gastellu F. has substantial experience in marketing, currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager for Almagro Propiedades and the Investor Channel at Empresas SOCOVESA since June 2019. In this role, María Florencia is responsible for planning, coordinating, and converting throughout the product lifecycle while aligning with the target audience and brand identity. Prior to this, María Florencia held multiple positions at L'Oréal from January 2016 to June 2019, including Product Manager for Vichy, Redken, and Matrix, where strategic planning and market positioning were key responsibilities. María Florencia's early career includes a professional internship at COPEC S.A. in late 2014 and education at Universidad de Chile, earning a degree in Business Administration.
