Tom Rock has extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director, Head of People, Culture and Communication, and Co-Founder at SOCO since October 2013, Tom has previously held positions including SharePoint Technical Specialist and 3rd Level Systems Engineer at the Department of Education, Training and Employment (Queensland) from July 2011 to September 2015. Tom's earlier career includes roles such as IT Manager & Business Development Executive at Signsystems Ltd, and Technical Solutions Manager at IBM United Kingdom Ltd. Tom began their professional journey as a Business Development Executive and UK Tech Lead at Golog UK Ltd. Educationally, Tom holds an MBA from The University of Queensland and a Master of Engineering in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from The University of Sheffield.
