Josh Connon has over two decades of experience in sales and customer service, primarily in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Account Executive at SOCKET since September 2001, Josh focuses on enhancing customer experience and expanding the client base through direct interactions. Previous roles at SOCKET include Business Sales Manager, where management of a sales team and personal account handling were key responsibilities, and Inside Business Sales Representative, where sales of telephone and internet services were emphasized. Earlier experience consists of a Technical Support Agent position at Alorica, a Personal Computer Repair Technician role at Rent A Geek, and a background in outbound telemarketing at ITI Telemarketing.
