Matthew Dufek is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as Actuarial Manager at Society Insurance since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at SECURA Insurance, including Supervisor of Personal Lines Underwriting, Supervisor of Actuarial Services, and Actuarial Analyst from April 2013 to August 2022. Matthew began their career at Milliman, where duties included Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Intern, with earlier internship experience at Northwestern Mutual. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, completing studies in 2009.
