In addition, Michael has been a Partner at Encourage Capital Holdings, LLC since October 2016, where investments span retail, health management, real estate, and spirits. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Executive at Proactive Risk Solutions from 2017 to 2022, where the focus was on promoting healthier workforce engagement, and as Co-founder and CEO of American Legacy Insurance Group from 2015 to 2017, specializing in final expense insurance for seniors.
