Matthieu Baudry currently serves as Manager Projets Développement and Chargé de Mission Recherche Innovation Développement at Le Gouessant since September 2019, with prior experience as an Apprenti RID at the same company. Previous roles include Assistant qualité at Thomas & Fils and a Stagiaire formulation at Le Gouessant. Matthieu has also worked in production at Fleury Michon, conducted research during a stage at Lallemand, and operated as Opérateur Destockeur at Maître CoQ. Experience extends to roles such as Arbitre with FFT Partenariats and Agent de Nettoyage at La Boulangère. Matthieu's education includes a Master in Agrosciences from Université de Tours, a Licences in Sciences, Technologies, and Santé with a focus on Biology from ICES, and a Baccalauréat in Scientific studies with a specialization in SVT from Lycée Jean Monnet Les Herbiers.
