Rachel Moore has extensive work experience in customer success and marketing roles. Rachel started their career at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate, where they gained expertise in new product introductions and implemented successful marketing strategies. Rachel then joined Tableau as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked with healthcare and life sciences clients to drive value from analytics. After that, they joined Sprinklr as a Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at SocialPilot, where they lead a team to increase social engagement and reach for agencies and brands.
Rachel Moore obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from The Wharton School. Rachel studied at The Wharton School from 2000 to 2004.
