Kirsty Madden has extensive experience in safeguarding and social work, currently serving on the National Safeguarding Panel at Sport Resolutions and as a Professional Case Examiner at Social Work England since 2019. Kirsty holds positions as Safeguarding Lead at WWIN Domestic Abuse Services and as a Safeguarding Case Management Panel Member for World Athletics, both initiated in 2024. Additional roles include Judicial Panel Specialist Member for the British Horseracing Authority and Safeguarding Panel Member for the England & Wales Cricket Board, reflecting a strong commitment to safeguarding across various sports organizations. Kirsty has an academic background in social work, with a Master's Degree from the University of Nottingham, and further qualifications from multiple institutions, including training as a Registered Intermediary and a Child & Family Practice Supervisor.
