Andrey Kulikov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and data intelligence sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Social Links since July 2017, Andrey has been instrumental in developing innovative tools for Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT), specializing in various investigation types including location-based and DarkWeb investigations. Prior to this role, Andrey served as a Project Manager at DIS Group from March 2014 to August 2015, focusing on Business Intelligence (BI), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Anti-Fraud initiatives. Andrey began a career in IT as a Help Desk IT-Specialist at TNK BP from September 2005 to April 2008. Educational qualifications include studies at Higher School of Economics from 2010 to 2013 and MIREA from 2003 to 2009.
