Laura Kelch Raymond is an experienced program director and senior program manager with a robust background in managing large-scale contracts and diverse program portfolios. Currently at Social Impact, Laura has overseen the successful closeout of a $21.7 million USAID Liberia Strategic Analysis contract. Previous roles include project manager at DAI, managing a $53 million portfolio, and serving as senior program officer at IREX, where Laura led the $4.78 million Department of State Community College Initiative. Laura's career also encompasses positions in education and development, including roles at AMIDEAST, MedTech Institute, Ayuda, and Survivor Corps, highlighting a strong commitment to nonprofit management, program development, and cross-cultural communication. Laura holds a Master of Science in Peace Operations from George Mason University, along with a CELTA certificate and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology.
