Jana Kanaan is a dedicated professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and community advocacy. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Social Impact since June 2023, Jana has previously gained valuable experience as a Spring Intern at the Consortium on Gender, Security, and Human Rights, where leadership qualities and research skills led to a supervisory position. Engagement efforts included organizing tobacco health disparity awareness events at the Nile Sisters Development Initiative and navigating recruitment challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic at Envoy America. Additionally, Jana contributed to quality accountability efforts at CARE and played a pivotal role in the electoral campaign for Sean Elo-Rivera.
