Melody Donoso has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Melody is currently serving as the COO at Social Impact Capital since January 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Aurelius starting in May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Education Marketing at Designit from January 2018 to May 2019.

From 2011 to 2014, Melody held the position of Director of Operations at Houlihan Lokey. Melody also worked as a Strategic Consultant at Select Entities from 2006 to 2010.

In their early career, Melody worked as a Finance Analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2005 to 2006. At J.P. Morgan, they were responsible for quantifying risk concentrations across a $400B global credit portfolio.

Melody's earlier roles include being a Research Assistant at both Smith College and Cornell University in the early 2000s. Melody also worked as a Software Engineer at IBM in 2002.

Melody Donoso completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Smith College in 2005. Prior to that, it is known that they pursued studies in Informatics at The University of Edinburgh until 2004.
