Michael Kurtz is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at State of Play Hospitality since October 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions at Constellation Culinary Group, including Director of Operations for Cultural & Attractions and Resident General Manager, from February 2019 to October 2024. Additional experience includes management roles at STARR Restaurants, Garces Group, Red Owl Tavern at Kimpton's Hotel Monaco, Due Forni Pizza & Wine, Piero Selvaggio Valentino at The Venetian, and Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Erie Community College.
