Giovanna Vanessa Cheel Garibaldi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and teaching. Since May 2008, Giovanna has served as Gerente de proyectos at Social Capital Group, focusing on stakeholder relationships, resettlement, income negotiation, and social management plan execution. Giovanna has also held academic positions, including Jefe de proyecto at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and docente roles at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Previous experience includes an investigator specialist role at the Ministerio de Educación del Perú, focusing on project management and evaluation, and a community relations position at Zona Arqueologica Caral, where conflict resolution and social promotion were key tasks. Giovanna's educational background includes a Doctorate in Anthropology and a Master's degree in Sociology, both from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, along with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology.
