Cristel van de Ven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, advisory roles, and strategic HR management. Currently serving as Voorzitter of Vereniging Zelfstandigen Nederland (VZN) and a member of the Sociaal-Economische Raad, Cristel advocates for the interests of solo entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. As a co-founder and owner of Factor Vijf, Cristel leads research and advisory initiatives, while also holding leadership positions in multiple supervisory boards such as Blik op Werk and CROW. With a background in managing HR consulting teams at Randstad HR Solutions and extensive advisory work at TNO Quality of Life, Cristel brings a wealth of knowledge in sustainable employability, diversity, and innovative HR policies, supported by a solid academic foundation from institutions including Tilburg University and Yale University.
