Matheus A. Azevedo has extensive experience in the IT support field, currently serving as Support Team Lead at e-Core since November 2020, after previously holding the role of Support Engineer. Prior to this, Matheus worked at OIW Telecom Solutions from January 2013 to November 2020, advancing through roles from Support Auxiliary to Support Supervisor. Matheus holds an MBA in Agile Project Management from IGTI and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ULBRA. Matheus also earned an Associated Degree in Information Technology from Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul.
