Bryan Banville is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a demonstrated history of leadership in various educational and organizational settings. As the Director of Learning and Development at SOCi, Inc. since April 2021, Bryan oversees a global Talent Development strategy and manages a team focused on supporting company growth. Bryan also serves as a Lead Instructor at the University of San Diego, teaching courses for the Learning Design & Technology Masters Program. Previous roles include managing career services at LEARN Academy, leading professional development at Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District, and co-founding the Institute for Mastering Success, where Bryan trained numerous business professionals. Bryan holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut.
