Aleksandra Mandresevic possesses extensive experience in human resources and sports management. Currently, Aleksandra serves in a sports role at Soccer Without Borders since 2016. Prior to this, Aleksandra worked as an HR Consultant and Recruitment Officer at MYJOBSS Recruitment and Consulting from June 2014 to June 2015, focusing on staffing, employee development, and performance management. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at Princess Cruises from February 2007 to May 2014, where Aleksandra managed HR processes, staffing, and developed an effective HR management system. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from College Economy and Tourism Belgrade and a Master's in Hotel Management from Hospitality Management Serbia, both completed between 2002 and 2006.
