Nosakhere Thomas, PhD, DMin, MBA, CHN, serves as the Executive Director of the Inland Empire Black Worker Center (IEBWC) since December 2021 and holds multiple advisory and leadership roles including Advisory Board Member at the Inland Empire Labor & Community Center and Delegate for the Inland Empire Labor Council - AFL-CIO. As Founder and CEO of Dr.Nos Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Nosakhere Thomas focuses on empowering individuals to overcome limiting beliefs and achieve fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. Educationally, Nosakhere Thomas has an extensive background with advanced degrees, including a PhD in Higher Education Leadership and a DMin in Pan-African Studies, complemented by certifications in holistic health coaching and board governance. Current engagement includes participation in the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders.
