Mohammad Asif Nasim, PMP®, is an experienced senior general manager with a strong background in project development and management across various prestigious companies. Currently at Sobha Realty since February 2022, Mohammad leads significant projects, overseeing design assessments and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery. Previous roles include Technical Head at MSM Real Estate Development, where engineering and design aspects were spearheaded, and Head-MEP at Engineers Office, managing project phases from initiation to execution. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Sobha Ltd., where MEP division operations were managed, operations management at IEC, and project management at Voltas Limited, showcasing expertise in MEP and civil construction across diverse projects. Mohammad holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Zakir Hussein College of Engineering & Technology, AMU, Aligarh.
