Mohit Grover is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in eCommerce, innovation, and sustainability. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Sobeys, Mohit has held various leadership roles in innovation, sustainability, and strategy since October 2019. Prior to Sobeys, Mohit was a Mentor at Creative Destruction Lab from November 2021 to June 2023, and held the position of Head of Industry at Google from August 2014 to September 2019. Mohit's career also includes a tenure as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from February 2008 to August 2014. Mohit Grover holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
