MaryKate Carroll is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Development Account Executive at Snyk since November 2020, MaryKate has held multiple roles at the company including Senior Renewals Manager and Account Manager. Prior to Snyk, MaryKate worked as a Customer Success Manager at Datto, Inc., and as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at NantHealth, where responsibilities included improving customer success programs, managing subscription renewals, implementations, training, and issue resolution.
