Adam Russek has a diverse work experience. Adam started in 2016 as an Executive Assistant at Bethlehem Capital, where they supported the Managing Director. Adam then moved to Snyder Tech, where they held various roles. From 2016 to 2018, Adam worked as an Executive Assistant. Adam then became the Director of Operations from 2018 to 2020, responsible for coordinating the company's day-to-day operations. Following that, they served as the Director of Client Service from 2020 to 2022, overseeing client relationships, agreements, and service quality. Currently, Adam is working as the Director of Project Management, directing and overseeing all aspects of the company's project management office.

Adam Russek attended Southern Lehigh High School from 2009 to 2013. Adam did not obtain a degree or have a specified field of study during their time there. In 2021, they obtained a certification called Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft.
