Amelie Cavelier's work experience includes holding the position of European Operations Director at Sylvan Inc. since 2012. Prior to that, they worked at DAILYCER FRANCE as Chief Operating Officer from May 2010 to February 2012, and as Supply Chain Manager from April 2006 to April 2010. Before joining DAILYCER FRANCE, they worked at DAILYCER UK LIMITED as a Production Manager from January 2005 to March 2006. Amelie also held the position of Project & continuous improvement manager at DAILYCER Europe (FR, UK, NL) from June 2003 to December 2004, and as a Production Manager at DAILYCER FRANCE from June 2003 to May 2004.

Amelie Cavelier has a diverse education history. In 1994-1995, they attended Lycée Pierre Corneille - Rouen where they studied Math SUP & SPEC Bio, focusing on mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. Amelie then went on to AgroSup Dijon from 1996 to 1998, where they attained a Master's degree in food science & engineering with a specialization in food product development.

In 2008, Amelie received certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS American Production and Inventory Control Society. This certification covered supply chain design, planning and execution, as well as improvements and best practices.

Continuing their professional development, Amelie pursued further education at various institutions. In 2016, they completed a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) in Project Management at Centrale Lille. In the same year, they also obtained training and certification in continuous improvement and Lean 6sigma, including Black Belt, from XL formation.

Amelie's education history continued with executive certificate programs. From 2017 to 2018, they completed a Strategy Certificate at HEC Paris through an executive online course, with a focus on business strategy, corporate strategy, and strategy implementation. Later in 2018-2019, they pursued an International Certificate in Corporate Finance at HEC Paris, specializing in financial analysis, company valuation, and investments and financing choices.

To add to their qualifications, Amelie obtained a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from Emeritus in May 2023.
