Kshitij Sharma has over a decade of experience in the logistics and energy sectors, currently serving as a Management Trainee in Technical at Snowman Logistics Limited since December 2012. Concurrently, Kshitij is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at the Institute for Technology and Management, where enrollment began in June 2011. Kshitij completed major industrial training at National Thermal Power Corporation, focusing on various departments including Boiler Maintenance, Turbine Maintenance, Coal Handling Plant, and Ash Handling Plant, and developed strategies to reduce slag content in the ash handling process. Kshitij holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, earned in 2011.
