Kapil Pande currently serves in a Global Procurement role at Snowflake, starting in May 2021, where efforts focus on enhancing Sourcing and Procurement performance to support the company's growth strategies, encompassing both IT and Non-IT Sourcing. Prior to this, Kapil held positions as a Senior Buyer at Symantec from August 2017 to April 2022 and worked in Purchasing at Eaton from July 2015 to August 2017, implementing improved purchasing methods and supplier negotiations. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Procurement Analyst at Flextronics from January 2014 to July 2015, and as a Trainer at Appin Technology Lab for a brief period in 2013. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in July 2013.
