Jessica Caron, MS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engagement strategy and continuous improvement within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as AVP of Engagement Strategy Research at Snow Companies since January 2022, Jessica has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Engagement Strategy. Additionally, Jessica contributes as an Advocacy Advisor on the Scientific Advisory Board for Trellus Health. Prior experience includes directing strategic change initiatives at The Moore Center, where Jessica advanced organizational goals and led COVID-19 response efforts. Earlier roles include Continuous Improvement Specialist at Elliot Hospital and Lean Facilitator at David A. Jenkins & Associates, LLC, with foundational experience in continuous improvement practices and program management at The Moore Center. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Health Care Delivery Sciences from Dartmouth College, a Master of Education in Human Relations from Plymouth State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine.
