Marina Silva-Rodriguez has held several positions in the past few years. In 2022, they were a Digital Community Manager for both Wiser Solutions, Inc. and Snooper. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Compliance & Administrative Assistant, International Student Compliance Team at UNSW. In 2022, they were also an Assistant Trade Advisor at Business France (Export), where they successfully facilitated the ANZ market entry of French SMEs in the mining and clean-tech industries. Her roles have included undertaking coverage analysis of active client campaigns, P&L analysis, leveraging data to drive growth, providing administrative support, managing projects, liaising with stakeholders, conducting SWOT analysis, and more.

Marina Silva-Rodriguez attended Cambridge College Lima from 2004 to 2015, earning an Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE Diploma). Marina then attended UNSW from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts with a major in International Business & Development Studies and a minor in Environmental Humanities. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft, UNSW Business School, TCP Training, and CBD College, including Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019), Career Accelerator: Essentials, Barista Skills, and First Aid and CPR.
