Kristi Hoagland is an experienced professional with a robust background in operational excellence and patient financial services. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence for Snohomish County, WA, since August 2017, Kristi previously held multiple managerial roles at Virginia Mason Medical Center from May 1996 to July 2015.
