Keith Lomis, MSc, serves as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Snohomish County, WA, since March 2023, previously holding roles as a GIS Engineering and Mobile Mapping Technician. Keith has a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy Reserve since September 2010, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer and progressing from Quartermaster Third Class to Quartermaster First Class. Before joining Snohomish County, Keith worked as a Geospatial Account Manager at Frontier Precision and as a Geographic Information Systems Technician for the City of Kent, Washington. Earlier experience includes multiple engineering technician positions at Innovative Hearth Products and service in the US Navy. Keith holds a Master’s degree in Geospatial Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies with a focus on GIS and Spatial Planning from the University of Washington, along with an Associate of Science in Engineering and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Architectural Engineering from Tacoma Community College and Bates Technical College, respectively.
