Emre Gençay is a Senior Scientist at SNIPR Biome. Emre has also worked as a Postdoctoral Marie Curie Fellow at Københavns Universitet, a Postdoc at Københavns Universitet, and a Visiting Researcher at University of Copenhagen and ETH Zurich. Dr. Gençay has also worked as a Research Assistant at Kirikkale University.

Emre Gençay has a PhD in Veterinary Microbiology from the Department of Veterinary Microbiology at the Institute of Health Sciences in Kirikkale University. Emre also has a DVM from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Ankara Üniversitesi.
