Viviana Cano is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Sngular since February 2021. Prior to this role, Viviana served as a Senior Scrum Master at Tech Friendly IT from January 2019 to December 2019, where strategic initiatives transformed client experiences and improved technical interaction efficiency. Notable experience includes coordinating programs and projects at the Oficina de la Presidencia de la República from July 2016 to September 2018, ensuring the integration of federal agencies into the gob.mx platform as a Scrum Master from June 2015 to June 2016. Viviana has also held positions as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at IMSS, focusing on budget control and service interoperability, as well as system analysis at Skanska between January 2010 and February 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technologies from Universidad La Salle, A.C., and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica de la Fuerza Armada.
