Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and has previous experience as the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and was also a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
