Jean-Roger BADEY has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and quality management, currently serving as Responsable Service Réglementation at SNF since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jean-Roger held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager and subsequently Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Manager at THOR Sarl from February 2003 to January 2021, specializing in product regulations across various domains, including cosmetics and biocides. Jean-Roger's career includes positions as an ISO 14001 Project Lead at MB Automotive, a laboratory engineer at CSTB overseeing VOC emission measurements, and an R&D engineer at Gerflor focusing on flooring emissions. Jean-Roger holds a Mastère in Environmental Management from INSA Lyon and an engineering degree in Chemistry from CPE Lyon, along with ongoing professional certification from the Université Européenne des Senteurs et des Saveurs.
