Lowell Thomas is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in business and finance law, currently serving as a Partner at Snell & Wilmer since October 2001, where the law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, exempt securities offerings, venture capital, energy and natural resources, and international matters with a strong emphasis on cross-border U.S. transactions. Prior to this role, Lowell Thomas was a Partner at Irwin, White & Jennings from 1995 to 2001 and held a position as Adjunct Faculty in the Entrepreneurial Program at the University of Arizona's Karl Eller Center from 2003 to 2005. Educated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria, Lowell Thomas combines legal acumen with a solid academic foundation.
