Leslie Lemaistre currently serves as the Responsable recrutement région Nord/Normandie at Groupe Snef, where responsibilities include supporting agency managers and operational leaders in recruiting future employees and addressing human resources topics as needed. Leslie also teaches as a vacataire at Université Le Havre Normandie, assisting students with CV and cover letter writing and preparing them for interview simulations. Prior experience includes an internship at Startup Palace focused on developing HR processes and documentation, as well as a short stint at Samsic Emploi as a recruitment intern. Leslie holds multiple degrees in law and human resources management, including a Master 2 in Droit social et management des ressources humaines from Nantes Université.
