Currently, as the Director of Strategy & Growth at Snappy since July 2022, Neal focuses on driving business expansion. Previously, Neal served as the Head of Partnerships & Strategy at VNJ Jewelry LLC from 2015 to July 2022 and held roles at OM Imports Jewelry LLC and Viral Vinus Jewelry Inc, where responsibilities included managing partnerships and operations. Neal holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a B.S.B.A. from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a certificate in Digital Marketing from General Assembly.
