Majid Muhammad is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and operations leadership, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Snapper Services Limited since December 2022. Previously, Majid held the position of Chief Information and Operations Officer at Resimac from February 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and managing technology functions in a challenging market environment. During a tenure at RACQ from March 2014 to January 2019, Majid played critical roles in strategy, transformation, and banking integration, significantly contributing to the launch of RACQ Bank. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Westpac and St.George Bank, where Majid focused on technology strategy, architecture, and project management. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from Macquarie Business School, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, along with a Bachelor of IT in Software Engineering from QUT and a Diploma of IT from TAFE Queensland.
